It's true!!! 

I think that this assessment I could take such easy just becasue I get the tips!

Analyse the case into manay parts: Marketing, Operation, HR,Strategy. (Basically), and then take advantage of SWOT or other theories to draw out some problems.....Of course, 'arguments' are vital in whole analysis. 
Interesting, for British people, they would like to konw the whole situation first, and then support this by providing some applied theories....ORZ. it's their logic...

when I can get this 'model' XDXD...assessment is reallllllly  easy  XD

However, how to present interesting and thoughtful answer .... I need more time to practice and draw this out...
